Before booking
-
Our style is calm and observant. We focus on real moments as they happen, stepping in only when guidance is needed. Our images carry a film-like quality, with close attention to atmosphere, small details, and the quiet in-between moments that are often overlooked.
-
A mix of both. We’ll gently guide you when it helps, especially during portraits, and stay unobtrusive for the rest of the day so moments can unfold naturally.
-
Absolutely. Most of our couples feel the same way. You don’t need to know how to pose — we’ll keep things comfortable and step in only when needed.
-
Yes. From small registry ceremonies to full-day weddings, we adjust our approach to suit the scale and flow of your day.
-
We shoot both digital and film. Film can be added to any of your coverage, and it’s something we’re very experienced with.
-
Film can be unpredictable, but with experience and careful handling, we keep any risk to a minimum. That sense of uncertainty is part of its charm — film often brings subtle surprises, deeper tones, and a quieter, more grounded feeling to the images, giving them weight, texture, and a sense of time.
Booking & the practical stuff
-
Once you reach out, we’ll confirm availability and set up an initial chat to get to know you and your plans. If you decide to move forward, we’ll send through a contract along with a short questionnaire. This helps us understand your story, priorities, and anything important you’d like us to know.
Closer to the big day, we’ll check in again to go through the timeline and final details, making sure everything feels clear and well organised.
-
We ask for a 30% retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours after the big day. All payment details will be shared clearly before booking.

-
If anything changes, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll talk through the options based on timing and availability.
On the day
-
Not usually. We’re experienced in anticipating moments. If there are specific people or details that matter most to you, feel free to let us know.
-
We work quietly and discreetly, aiming to document the ceremony as it feels, without being intrusive. We’re very experienced with ceremonies — having photographed over 50 of them, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations — and know how to move with the flow without disrupting the moment. -
We generally recommend a second photographer for weddings with a larger guest count or coverage longer than 6 hours, to ensure more complete coverage.
-
Of course. We simply recommend keeping phones down during key moments when possible, so everyone can stay present.
After the wedding
-
You’ll receive a sneak peek within 2–3 business days after the wedding, so you can revisit the day straight away.
The full gallery will be delivered within approximately 40 days, as outlined in your contract.
If you’re in a rush, expedited delivery options are also available. -
This depends on the length of coverage, but as a general guide, you can expect around 80–100 carefully edited images per hour. We focus on quality and curation rather than a fixed number.
-

Yes. We’re confident in our work, and you’ll receive all usable images from the day. Even among the unretouched frames, there are often small, unexpected moments — details that might otherwise be missed.
